The product is excellent. Very attractive. There was just one problem with the software. I still couldn't figure out how to set the display time for the object. Overall, i was pleased with everything.
Working so good. Only thing, remember the ad card in the fan, and put it in the usb. And when you unpack the firmware, remember to keep broken files. Then your good to go. 👍🏻
It arrived quickly, I loved it.
The holographic fan arrived in good condition. To upload the videos, you need to take the SD card, put it in the computer, and then extract the files using software that allows you to convert the regular videos into a format that the fan can accept. I had to resort to the Internet to see the step-by-step instructions because the ones provided are a bit vague. It has good resolution, but you need to be careful because it hits hard and doesn't have a switch, so as soon as you plug it into the power outlet it will turn on. In general, it's a very good product, very entertaining, I plan to use it for cosplay.

Very nice item, you need to be careful because it spins very fast, the management software is simple, even though it sometimes freezes, fast shipping recommended seller, but the packaging needs improvement as you can see in the photos.
The box arrived quite damaged, I turned it on quickly and it worked, but I felt a bit shaky as if the axis had bent. Since it spins quite fast, I'm afraid it might have issues with rotation soon. I'll test it calmly this week.

Very beautiful, the product arrived on time.
Branched and used offline it gives nice hologram animated videos.. but to install the application it's not easy st all always error messages and reboot instructions..not easy even for experts
It was a little bit frustrating but i finally got it to work so the android app works good for uploading photos when you try to upload a video it bugs out ( not the app the device but sometimes the app crashes on this part) don't use the android app i'm like lets use the windows app and it can't run and it brings some dll missing and after installing these "error 0x00007b" it needs some troubleshooting after you are done enjoy it it's fun
